How do I cancel my FIRST membership?

If you signed up from the RT Site: Please go to http://roosterteeth.com/settings and click Change Plan and then Cancel Subscription.

If you are a paying via PayPal: Log on to your PayPal account and search for Recurring Payments. If you don’t see your RT membership listed, or don’t have a PayPal account, open a ticket at sponsortrouble@roosterteeth.com

To cancel your subscription at any time, you must do one of the following at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled renewal date to avoid charge: Update your user account at roosterteeth.com or email customer support. All FIRST Double Gold subscriptions will have a renewal date of the 1st of each month and regardless of the date membership is started, will not be charged until the first day of the following month, nor will a box ship until the 20th of that next month. Cancellation will be effective immediately, but orders billed on the first of the month cannot be cancelled and will have a box shipped on the 20th.
