Can I pause my FIRST membership?

Yes, you can! If you started your FIRST membership through, and you're on a 1-month or 6-month plan, follow these instructions to pause your membership.

  1. Go to and select Settings
  2. From there, select Account>Billing>Change Plan
  3. You will see an option at the bottom to Pause Subscription
  4. Select how long you'd like to pause your membership
  5. A confirmation page will tell you when your membership will be paused and when it will resume
