We recently made some updates to the login page with roosterteeth.com. If you don't see the option or the login button isn't working for you, try clearing your cache and cookies then restarting your web browser. If that doesn't resolve the issue, contact us for additional help!

When attempting to log in, click “Forgot Password” beneath the log-in form. This will send an email to you with a button to reset your password to your account. (See below for a screenshot.) Parental control is not available on Roosterteeth.com. If you are looking for more kid-friendly shows, you may want to check out RWBY or Nomad of Nowhere to start with and show your kids those.

You can change the email address on file by going to My Settings, located underneath your profile image in the top right hand corner of the screen.

Send your username and email associated with the account to “firstsupport@roosterteeth.com” and we will assist you.
